We meet in a small group for four in-person sessions in Ericeira, combining practical workshops and birth education to help you feel prepared and confident navigating birth in Portugal. The course also includes: ✨ One individual online mentoring session, where we: answer any remaining questions , support you in navigating the Portuguese system. This course offers both community and personalised support, so you don’t feel alone on your birth journey.
